„Erudito” licėjus is an international school with a great community of 15% teachers and 20 % students coming from abroad.

The philosophy of education in our school is directed towards a high quality learning process and excellent learning outcomes. Our school aims at promoting a curious, creative, active personality who is ready for international challenges.

Teachers and administrative staff are constantly encouraged to develop in their professional field by participating in provided training and seminars. Teachers are involved into processes of our school life, starting from review of our educational philosophy to development of programmes. Our teachers are provided with opportunity to study (for instance, at ISM University of Management and Economics Educational Leadership Programme). Relationships with co-workers are also built in non-formal settings by organising trips, events or picnics during the year. If you are an innovative teacher who prioritises integrated learning as well as active learning methods, and you wish to make an addition to the modern school development and develop professionally with like-minded people, join our school community!

Learning process in „Erudito licėjus” is organised integrated and unified education framework, without breaking it up into separate and unrelated subjects. It is enriched with active learning methods and various environments that create a meaningful context for learners. A strong focus is given on thinking, using methodologies and thinking maps for the development of thinking habits.
