“Erudito” licėjus is a bilingual school in Vilnius and Kaunas, bringing together over 150 educators and administrative staff from Lithuania, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Poland, Ukraine, the Netherlands, Turkey, Ireland, Germany, Georgia, and other countries around the world.

Since its establishment, “Erudito” licėjus annually organizes the Erudito Learning and Development Academies, during which not only are teachers’ professional knowledge updated, but staff also actively contribute to the improvement of school processes, from educational philosophy to program updates, and more.

Opportunities for further education are provided for working teachers. For several years now, “Erudito” licėjus’ teachers have deepened their knowledge through the ISM Education Leadership Master’s program. Those aspiring to excel and work in the International Baccalaureate program have the chance to complete certified IB training.

We have a close collaboration with the MO Museum – the teaching team not only has the opportunity to enhance knowledge in various educational fields and attend the annual Teacher Conference at MO, but also actively engages in creating educational initiatives. Teachers participate in “Erasmus” projects, go on internships, and gather experience from colleagues in foreign schools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Ethics, Education, or a related field, with a Teaching Qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed.)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Demonstrated passion for and expertise in Entrepreneurship and Ethics
  • Energetic, collaborative, and forward-thinking approach to education

Your Role:

As the Full-Time Teacher of Entrepreneurship and Ethics at Erudito Licėjus, you will:

Primary School Junior Teacher

“Erudito” licėjus emphasizing a high quality of education, integrated teaching processes, and active learning methods, invites active, youthful, and empathetic individuals to join the team, whose dreams involve the education of children.

Responsibilities include:

  • Direct assistance to the teacher in preparing for classes.
  • Assisting the teacher during classes.
  • Preparation of educational materials.
  • Organizing informal activities during formal breaks and after-school hours.
  • Organizing and participating in educational trips.
  • Providing comprehensive assistance to students in the education process.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (pedagogical education is an advantage).
  • Experience in educational activities is advantageous.
