Erudito Licėjus is an international bilingual school in Vilnius and Kaunas, bringing together 160 educators and administrative staff from Lithuania, the USA, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Turkey, Ireland, Hungary, New Zealand, Australia, and other countries around the world.

Since its establishment, Erudito Licėjus annually organizes the Erudito Learning and Development Academies, during which not only are teachers’ professional knowledge updated, but staff also actively contribute to the improvement of school processes, from educational philosophy to program updates, and more.

Opportunities for further education are provided for working teachers. For several years now, Erudito Licėjus’ teachers have deepened their knowledge through the ISM Education Leadership Master’s program. Those aspiring to excel and work in the International Baccalaureate program have the chance to complete certified IB training.

We have a close collaboration with the MO Museum – the teaching team not only has the opportunity to enhance knowledge in various educational fields and attend the annual Teacher Conference at MO, but also actively engages in creating educational initiatives. Teachers participate in “Erasmus” projects, go on internships, and gather experience from colleagues in foreign schools.

Primary School Junior Teacher

Responsibilities include:

  • Direct assistance to the teacher in preparing for classes.
