Dalia Valaikienė
Dalia is a methodologist of primary classes and holds the qualification of a senior teacher, she obtained a master’s degree in educational sciences from Mykolas Romeris University and has almost 15 years of teaching experience. Dalia is an active participant of national and European Erasmus+ projects, led the STEAM kids’ group in Vilnius schools. In 2021 spring, she shared her experience in managing digital educational content while working as a lecturer at the National Education Agency.
For the past two years, Dalia has worked at the Erudito Lyceum not only as a primary school teacher but also as the coordinator for the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (IB PYP), overseeing the implementation of this program in our school.
Dalia strives to actively contribute to the creation of educational experiences and eagerly participates in the life of both the classroom and the school. Her accumulated experience and knowledge have sparked a desire to share them with her colleagues. Dalia’s driving force is collaboration, team challenges, and leadership. “A team leader is someone who knows how to listen and understand”, says Dalia. “My goal is to listen and brighten up teachers’ everyday lives. Erudito Licėjus has wonderful teachers from various schools in Lithuania and around the world, and it’s incredibly interesting to work with them!” She is passionate about hearing and implementing teachers’ ideas, collaborating, reaching agreements, and making decisions that will enhance and improve the quality of education in Lithuania, as well as the approach to education.
