Danguolė Lapinskienė

Danguolė has more than twenty years of teaching experience. She graduated from Vilnius University Šiauliai Academy (formerly Šiauliai Pedagogical Institute) with a specialization in primary education.

According to the teacher, each generation is unique in that it is incredibly brave and has its own values, character, and outlook on the world. Therefore, she constantly participates in training sessions and is interested in innovative and effective teaching methods that meet the diverse needs of learners. Danguolė works not only in the classroom with children but has also led teachers’ methodological groups and mentored younger colleagues.

Danguolė believes that it is important for every child to experience individual success and well-being in their education and to develop at their own pace. The teacher pays great attention to students’ emotional well-being within the classroom community.

Danguolė believes that only a calm and safe child can actively participate in activities, experience positive emotions, and achieve academic success. She adheres to the principle that the best teachers teach from the heart, not from the book (a thought by an unknown author).
