Diana Šiaulytė
Diana graduated in Geography and Subject Pedagogy from Vilnius University. She has thought about the teaching profession since childhood, and her curiosity about understanding the phenomena occurring in the world led her to delve into geography. Her studies, during which she completed various internships, helped not only to solidify her theoretical knowledge but also to develop an attentiveness to recognizing certain processes in real life.
In Diana’s opinion, experiences bring students not only knowledge but also memories, which make the information received memorable and engaging. “My goal as a teacher is to help children notice the world around us in everyday life and to become honest citizens who value our home – Earth,” says the geography teacher.
Diana dedicates a large part of her free time to hiking and has set a goal to visit all the observation towers in Lithuania. She is very close to achieving this goal!
