Eglė Jankovičė

Psychologist

After completing a degree in Business Administration, Eglė worked in and managed the business sector for several years. She later decided to expand her expertise and, in 2022, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Vilnius University, followed by a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Child and Educational Psychology in 2024.

Since 2020, Eglė has gained experience as a child and adolescent psychologist in various fields. She developed the project “Children for the World”, which focuses on organizing and leading group activities for children on topics such as reducing the fear of making mistakes, boosting self-confidence, and enhancing emotional intelligence. This project provided services to educational institutions as well as various children’s sports academies. Eglė has personally organized and conducted training for teachers, children’s coaches, and parents, as well as group and individual sessions for children, addressing topics like increasing self-confidence in sports, reducing the fear of making mistakes, and recovery from sports injuries.

She has worked as a psychologist in educational institutions (Vytautas Magnus University, the Gifted Children Center, and the “Pažinimo medis” school), where she led training sessions and group activities, conducted psychological assessments of children, and provided consultations to children and their parents. Collaborating with educational institutions, Eglė spent nearly a year enhancing her skills at the Child Support Center, where she completed psychological practice and engaged in volunteer activities. Currently, Eglė works as a psychologist at the Child Welfare Center and the Erudito Lyceum, and also provides consultations for children and their parents at the Family Psychology Center.

Eglė’s philosophy is that every child deserves a champion—a dedicated adult who never tires of fighting for them.
