Head of Non-formal Education

During adolescence, completing arts, visual arts, music schools, and experiences in competitive dance formed a strong understanding of how non-formal education contributes to human growth and development. Later, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from KTU and a Master’s in Public Administration from KTU expanded management and administrative knowledge, fostering structured thinking, while the qualification of Economics Teacher from KTU shaped pedagogical experience. Over a decade has been dedicated to focusing on students’ well-being in school, organizing events and activities, as well as working in community collaboration and youth career development, career day organization, and counseling. This reinforced a strong belief that, in addition to formal education, non-formal education is crucial for a person’s development and formation. It helps growing children better understand themselves, their talents, and needs, and gain a broader understanding of the principles of the world.

She adheres to the belief that every child has their own talents, and it is our responsibility to help them discover these talents.
