Meda Ladaitė
Speech therapist
Meda’s desire to help others inspired her to pursue a career in special education and speech therapy. She is currently studying at the Education Academy of Vytautas Magnus University. During her studies, she had the opportunity to complete internships at an international school in Spain and in a preschool institution in Lithuania.
Meda believes that the success of a child’s learning depends on a speech therapist’s approach that adapts to the child’s uniqueness, interests, existing skills, and learning goals, while also sparking curiosity. That’s why, in order to truly help a young learner, it is essential to get to know them first. Only then can a trust-based relationship be built—one that helps the child feel safe and ready to learn.
