Milda Stasaitytė
Milda brings over 13 years of experience in international education as a teacher of English, a curriculum developer, and a coordinator of various projects and initiatives. With a BA in English Philology gained at Vilnius University and a teaching qualification from Šiauliai University, Milda is currently pursuing an MA in Educational Leadership at ISM University. Although Milda has taught Language and Literature, as well as Language B, across all stages of the International Baccalaureate (IB) education system – the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP) – it is the DP that holds a special place in her heart, as she graduated from it in 2007 and therefore, deeply understands its value and transformative power in fostering a love for lifelong learning.
Milda firmly believes that effective learning flourishes in an environment of mutual trust and respect, driven by a collective sense of purpose. To her, good education transcends exams and titles, aiming to cultivate an intrinsic yearning to know more and understand more deeply.
In her free time, Milda enjoys a slow-paced life at her homestead, immersing herself in good literature, music, and film; connecting with nature, cycling, tending to her tiny vegetable garden, and continuously learning something new.
