Rusnė Eigelytė

Speech therapist

I have experience working with both children and adults who have speech, language, and communication disorders. While studying at Vytautas Magnus University, I completed internships at preschool and school education institutions, as well as at Kaunas Clinics.

In my work, I strive to create a positive, safe, and inspiring environment where every child feels respected, motivated, and able to freely express their thoughts and emotions. The key aspects of successful speech therapy work are patience, consistency, creativity, and empathy. I am convinced that the best results can be achieved only by considering each child’s individual needs and uniqueness.

Factors that determine meaningful work include the opportunity to learn and be oneself, collaborate with others, help others, and express oneself. (Lips-Wiersma and Morris, 2009).
