How to talk constructively and how to be heard? How to help children understand and express their emotions? Are information technologies really harmful to the well-being of our children? These and similar questions arise for many parents. Virginija Rekienė and Rūta Žiaunienė, psychologists of the “Erudito licėjus“, prepared a series of webinars, during which they will share their expertise and insights covering topical issues while raising children.

Webinars will be broadcasted on “Erudito licėjus” Facebook profile, and later the posts will be posted on “Erudito licėjus” Youtube channel. On the day of the premiere time, there will be an opportunity to ask questions in comments part.
While studying, Virginija completed the emotional support training courses organized by Youth Line and began to provide emotional support by phone. Virginija received a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degrees in Psychology from Vytautas Magnus University. Since 2016, she has been working on various psychological studies, preparing scientific publications in the fields of stress resistance and adolescent psychological functions. Virginia also provides practical training on stress resistance and depression recognition, provides individual counseling to children and adults. She is interested in science-based, effective methods of self-knowledge, and psychological support.
Rūta graduated from Vytautas Magnus University with a Bachelor of Psychology Degree, followed by a Masters Degree in Health Psychology, and obtained her Certificate in International Coach &Trainer at the Neurolinguistics Programming Practitioner Association in 2013. For nearly a decade, she has organized annual preventive camps for teenagers with a group of Lithuanian health psychologists. Ruta is also involved in the development of the IBDP Counselling support programme during the school’s IB Candidacy journey.
