The 5th art project was presented at Erudito Licėjus
A big celebration took place at the Erudito Lyceum on June 16th – presentations of the 5th art project! For 6 weeks in Vilnius and Kaunas, students in grades 5-10 worked intensively: drawing, photographing, filming, editing, or modeling what they imagine to be in Kaunas-Vilnius. The theme of the last project this year was the exhibition “Kaunas – Vilnius: Moving Mountains” at the MO Museum.
The exhibition is open to everyone
Preparations took place from the morning. Children prepared the last accents, put the works in the school spaces and looked forward to the presentations. Works were first evaluated by committees of teachers from Erudito Lyceum and the MO Museum. Children presented their work, shared their idea and introduced the details. We want to thank MO museum representatives, who listened to student’s presentations and evaluated all works individually: Kamilė Urniežė, Birutė Zimnicka, Jurgita Zigmantė, Barbora Sakalinskaitė. The committees have evaluated the work and are currently carefully selecting the best projects. We also invited parents to the project exhibition! After all, they are also interested in what their children have created and what their creativity is.
Presentations will take place at the MO Museum
The winners will be announced soon. We will collect the best works from each class, i. the best fifth grade work in Kaunas and Vilnius, etc. We will have a total of 12 works that students will present at the MO Museum on June 16th.
At Erudito Lyceum, we develop a personality that excels in its achievements and desires to know and be able to create. Therefore, the learning system includes projects that help to develop many personal qualities – critical thinking, creative thinking, courage to act, take responsibility, work responsibly and, of course, not be afraid to take risks.
