Since childhood, Andrius has been driven by a passion for both science and art. This is reflected in his chosen studies \u2013 a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mathematics at Vilnius University and a Master\u2019s degree in Electronic and Computer Music at the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n

Throughout his academic and educational career, Andrius has had the opportunity to work at some of the world\u2019s leading scientific institutions: as an educational app developer at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom, an educational technologist at the European University Institute in Italy, and more.<\/p>\n\n

Andrius\u2019s creative journey is rooted mainly in modern Celtic music \u2013 he weaves together the Scottish bagpipe, step dance, and music technology in highly original ways (you can listen here: https:\/\/youtu.be\/cNMny_nl0_I <\/a>or https:\/\/youtu.be\/bSbVv0BLM3I<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n

He regularly shares his insights on mathematics, music, technology, and education in Lithuanian cultural journals and news portals (for example: https:\/\/www.delfi.lt\/kultura\/naujienos\/asmenybes-link-su-euklido-geometrija-matematiko-uzrasai-apie-gyvenima-ir-muzika-84312727<\/a>). In 2024, Andrius\u2019s work was recognized and honored with the \u201cYoung Artist\u201d grant from the Lithuanian Council for Culture. A. Roma\u0161ka has published a book titled \u201cA Mathematical Dictionary of Life.\u201d<\/p>\n\n
