Teacher Gra\u017eina has nearly twenty years of professional experience. She earned a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Education and a teaching qualification in Primary Education Pedagogy from Vilnius Pedagogical University. In recent years, she has been nominated as the \u201cMost Innovative Primary School Teacher.\u201d She continually enhances her knowledge and experience by participating in Erasmus+ projects, collaborating with and learning from partners in Paris, Avignon, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Romania, North Macedonia, and Israel.Gra\u017eina is well-versed in institutional pedagogy methods and practices, which focus on teaching children at a pace suited to them. She applies some of these methods directly in her classroom. She has a strong interest in gifted education and gains experience from the Ron Vardi Center for Gifted Children in Israel. Additionally, she serves as a lecturer at Vytautas Magnus University\u2019s International Lithuanian-Israeli Education Center \u201cGifted.\u201d <\/p>\n\n

She follows<\/strong> the principle and lives by Mother Teresa\u2019s belief: \u201cGive time to give! The day is too short to be selfish.\u201d
