Neringa earned a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Natural Sciences at Vilnius University, a Master\u2019s degree in Geography at Vilnius Pedagogical University, and completed her primary education studies at Vilnius University. She has built her teaching experience working as a primary school teacher at a Vilnius gymnasium and in informal education, leading a mathematics club for gifted children.Neringa believes that honesty, sincerity, and optimism are fundamental values that guide her both in life and in teaching. She places great emphasis on each child, believing in building strong relationships based on trust, openness, and mutual respect. She is always seeking solutions that help her students achieve their goals. <\/p>\n\n

For Neringa, fostering a sense of community and creating an environment where students feel supported is especially important. She resonates with the educational philosophy of Erudito Lyceum and incorporates thinking skills development methods in her lessons. <\/p>\n\n

She follows the principle<\/strong> that by staying positive and focusing on opportunities, we can overcome even the toughest
