Ieva holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in English Philology and Pedagogy from Vilnius University, as well as a Master\u2019s degree in English for Legal Purposes. Interested in different cultures and teaching methods, she spent part of her studies on an Erasmus+ exchange in Spain, participated in exchange programs, and completed her practical training in Lithuanian schools. She has also successfully taught at a private English language school. In her teaching, Ieva values diversity, emphasizes practical learning, and helps students improve their communication and language skills through exploration and collaboration. <\/p>\n\n

She believes<\/strong> that the best results are achieved by listening, observing, understanding, fostering creativity and resourcefulness, and\u2014most importantly\u2014by not being afraid to ask questions.
