R\u016bta is a creative and tireless spirit. She studied applied theatre (community and education) in the United Kingdom and continued her facilitation career back in Lithuania. \u201cI left to gather experience, I returned to share it,\u201d she says. In Lithuania, she graduated from Mykolas Romeris University and gained teaching experience in primary schools and gymnasiums. For several years, she worked as a theatre teacher, led an integrated Lithuanian literature and theatre course, and supported students with special educational needs. Currently, R\u016bta expresses herself not only as a teacher but also as a singer, composer, and stage performance coach.
