Virginija began her professional journey in 2006, earning a bachelor\u2019s degree in Advertising Technologies from Kaunas University of Technology. While still studying, she completed emotional support training courses organized by \u201cJaunimo linija\u201d and started providing emotional support over the phone. Later, she obtained both a bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s degree in Psychology from Vytautas Magnus University. Since 2016, Virginija has worked on various psychological research projects, publishing studies on stress resilience and adolescent psychological functioning. She also works with biofeedback devices, helping individuals improve their mental and physical well-being. In addition, she conducts practical trainings on stress resilience and depression recognition and provides individual consultations for children and adults. She is passionate about science-based, effective methods for self-understanding and psychological support. <\/p>\n\n
