Sarah Jane Binka
Sarah has teaching experience across a variety of subjects – English Literature, History, and her main field of expertise, Modern Foreign Languages (French, Spanish, and Italian). She holds a Bachelor of Education, a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, a Bachelor of Arts in Philology, and a First-Class Honours degree for her work in 20th-century American political history.
In 2023, Sarah was awarded the status of Highly Accomplished Teacher in her home country of Australia, recognizing both her high-quality teaching practice and her support for colleagues’ professional development.
When teaching languages, Sarah relies on modern, evidence-based pedagogy that emphasizes storytelling, communication, and positive emotions. This approach helps students feel confident and motivated in the language-learning classroom.
