Peter Venables

Peter Venables was born in the West Midlands of England. He completed his undergraduate degree in English Literature through the Open University and a master’s degree in Contemporary Literature and Culture at Birkbeck, University of London.

He previously taught in Further Education colleges as an English Language and Literature teacher in the United Kingdom for seven years, and has taught in Slovakia, Poland and Germany. He has worked at Erudito Lyceum as an IBDP English Language and Literature teacher for the past three years. In addition, he has taught Theory of Knowledge and is responsible for the Language, Literature and the Arts Department.

He is interested in culture and politics, literature and cinema, and enjoys gardening, hiking and swimming with his dog.
