Algirdas Navickas

Algirdas has been teaching in the fields of IT, STEAM, and robotics for three years. He holds degrees from several universities, including a Master’s in Smart Manufacturing Engineering. Algirdas believes that the mission of engineering is to foster innovations that not only enrich our technological world but also contribute to sustainable development.


For him, this profession offers an opportunity to pause and reflect on how we can combine different fields of science and creativity with the principles of sustainability to create long-lasting technologies that make life easier.

Algirdas considers his internship at the CERN laboratory to be his most remarkable experience. The knowledge he gained there not only broadened his horizons but also serves as a reminder that the latest advancements in modern science are within reach and can be integrated into contemporary education.

He believes it is important to encourage students’ awareness and collaborate with them so that together we can create a world where science, technology, and the environment coexist in harmony.
