Rasa Najulytė-Patamsienė
After graduating from Vilnius University with a degree in Lithuanian philology and advertising, Rasa worked in public relations, but volunteering at youth creative camps, organizing educational events for children, and later working in a preschool institution helped her decide and realize her dream of becoming a teacher. Pedagogy studies at Kaunas University of Technology, an internship at the Faculty of Philosophy of Vilnius University – and for 6 years now, Rasa has been happy and proud of her work as an ethics teacher. Rasa also obtained a master’s degree in educational sciences. (In her master’s thesis, she studied the importance of cooperation between class teachers and parents of students.) Rasa highly values the time spent with students and believes that ethics lessons should help develop essential skills – the ability to be a Human Being, critical-thinking, empathetic, constantly growing and improving. In her free time, she devotes time to volunteering.
She believes that a teacher’s work loses its meaning the moment one stops growing within it.
