Eligija Butkutė-Tamulienė

Having graduated in Lithuanian Philology with a teaching qualification at Vilnius Pedagogical University and later earning a Master’s degree in Education Management at Vytautas Magnus University, Eligija has accumulated over twenty years of experience teaching grades 5–12. For many years, she worked as an examiner for Kaunas city and national graduation exams, and has prepared numerous winners of Olympiads and competitions.


She has also applied her focus on values education and ethical principles while working as a social work organizer at a migrant employment center and as a youth employment specialist in various organizations. Currently, Eligija teaches both international and national classes at the Lyceum.

She believes that the most important thing is to remain humane, even in extreme situations.
