Deividas Marušauskas

After earning his Bachelor’s degree and English teacher qualification at Vilnius Pedagogical University, Deividas began continuously teaching general and various professional English in 2001 to students and learners of all ages. For Deividas, teaching is undoubtedly a meaningful vocation that has become his way of life.

Those around Deividas describe him as professional, dynamic, communicative, socially active, punctual, and responsible. He always strives to adapt his teaching style and materials to each student’s personality type, abilities, goals, and time constraints in order to help them achieve their desired outcomes.

He believes that in his classroom, it is not just a group or a class that learns, but individual students with their own abilities and talents. Therefore, teaching should always take these differences into account. “A lesson is a fun, yet purposeful and meaningful way of spending time in pursuit of a set goal,” Deividas affirms.
