Eglė Žilinskienė

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education and Primary School Teacher qualification at Vilnius Pedagogical University, and later completed her Master’s studies in Educational Institution Administration at Mykolas Romeris University. In her work, she strives to create a positive and inspiring environment where children feel safe, respected, and motivated. Her goal is to nurture curious, empathetic, and creative individuals who are well-prepared to face life’s challenges. She places great emphasis on developing emotional intelligence and applying innovative teaching methods. Believing that every child is unique, she is committed to helping her students discover and strengthen their individual talents.

She believes that education should be engaging, meaningful, and filled with the joy of learning.
