Vita Mickutė

Vita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education and Early Foreign Language Teaching from Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas. During her studies, she earned the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP) Certificate and completed additional studies in English Language Pedagogy and the MINDED VDU Entrepreneurship Academy. Through the Entrepreneurship Academy, Vita expanded her knowledge of emotional intelligence and teamwork while working on creative solutions to real-life business challenges. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership at Vytautas Magnus University.

Vita is guided by the principle Amat victoria curam (“Victory favours preparation”). She applies this philosophy to her everyday work by preparing thoroughly, valuing consistency, and believing that patience, dedication, and purposeful effort are the foundation of achieving the best possible outcomes.
