Assoc. Prof. dr. Nerijui Pačėsai Under his leadership, ISM University became an undisputed benchmark of higher education quality and a top choice for the most talented graduates. During this period, the ISM community began to focus strongly on qualitative change in secondary education—launching and successfully implementing educational programs for students (“Students’ University”) and teachers (“Teachers’ University”). Under N. Pačėsa’s leadership, a highly successful master’s program for education professionals, Leadership in Education, was also introduced. All these initiatives were driven by his conviction that the school’s role in shaping a sustainable society is of utmost importance, and that a teacher must serve as a strong moral authority and a continuously developing educational professional.

The idea of establishing Erudito Lyceum had been nurtured for many years, with the vision of creating a school where essential skills for children’s happiness and success are revealed and developed, where they are surrounded by inspiring people and a curiosity-driven environment, and where a passion for learning and striving for excellence is ignited.
