Milda Stasaitytė
Milda graduated in English Philology at Vilnius University and obtained her teaching qualification in Šiauliai. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership at ISM University. Milda has more than 13 years of international education experience as an English Language and Literature teacher, project and initiative coordinator, and curriculum developer.
Her experience spans all levels of the International Baccalaureate (IB) system: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), and the Diploma Programme (DP). However, the DP holds a special place in her heart, as she herself completed it in 2007 in Šiauliai and deeply understands its transformative power and value in fostering a lifelong love of learning.
Milda firmly believes that effective learning flourishes in an environment built on mutual trust and respect, as well as a shared sense of purpose and meaning. In her view, quality education should not be limited to exams or prestigious university names, but should be grounded first and foremost in a strong inner drive to know more and understand more deeply.
In her free time, Milda enjoys the slow pace of life at her countryside home, immersing herself in good literature, music, and film. She spends time in nature, cycles, tends to her small garden, and is always eager to learn something new.
