Monika Milė

Monika, with more than 10 years of experience in project management and sales, is now stepping into a new stage as a Community Projects Manager. Her main responsibilities include coordinating the admissions process at the Kaunas campus, managing parent community engagement, and strengthening relationships between teacher and parent communities.

Monika actively participates in team life, striving to develop and improve the team by sharing her knowledge and experience. Her work philosophy is based on collaboration, continuous learning, and the implementation of innovations.

She believes that a strong community is the key to an organization’s success, and her goal is to create a harmonious and collaborative environment for all community members.
