Viktorija Aleksandravičienė

Viktorija began her professional career during her Bachelor’s studies in Psychology, when she applied her knowledge in personnel administration, later moving into project and business management. She has led various internal employee trainings, consistently focusing on the development of professional competencies and personal growth. Realizing that today’s employee is yesterday’s student, Viktorija developed a strong interest in developmental and educational psychology, as well as in providing support for children with special educational needs. She deepened her psychological knowledge and practical skills through a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, and now provides psychological consultations and emotional support services for both children and adults.
