Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nerijus Pačėsa

Under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. dr. Nerijui Pačėsa, ISM University became an undisputed benchmark of quality in higher education and the first choice for the country’s most talented secondary school graduates. During this period, the ISM University community placed a strong emphasis on improving the quality of secondary education by launching and successfully implementing educational initiatives such as the School Students’ University and the Teachers’ University. It was also during Nerijus Pačėsa’s tenure that the highly successful master’s programme Leadership in Education was established for education professionals.
These initiatives were driven by Nerijus Pačėsa’s conviction that schools play the most important role in building a sustainable society, and that teachers must serve as strong moral role models while continuously developing as educational professionals.

The idea of establishing Erudito Lyceum had been nurtured for many years, with the vision of creating a school where essential skills for children’s happiness and success are revealed and developed, where they are surrounded by inspiring people and a curiosity-driven environment, and where a passion for learning and striving for excellence is ignited.
