Gintarė Aldonytė

Has worked in education for nearly twenty years. For the past six years, she led the Student Services Division at ISM University of Management and Economics, focusing on providing high-quality and professional services to students—from study administration and international program coordination to career activities and data management. Gintarė’s previous experience includes admissions and sales processes in higher education, as well as developing career and business partnerships. In addition to her main responsibilities, she has served on the ISM Board, Senate, Ethics Committee, and ISM Foundation Council.

Gintarė holds a dual Executive Master’s degree from ISM University of Management and Economics and BI Norwegian Business School. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Vytautas Magnus University and a Master’s degree in Management from Vilnius University.

She believes that working in education has helped her become open-minded and a lifelong learner. “I embrace the concept of lifelong learning and believe that it is never too late to learn!”
