Dalia Valaikienė

Dalia has nearly 15 years of teaching experience, is a primary school senior teacher, holds the highest teaching qualification, and earned a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences from Mykolas Romeris University.

Over the past two years, Dalia has worked at Erudito Lyceum not only as a primary school teacher but also as the IB PYP coordinator for the primary classes, leading the implementation of this program at our school.

Dalia actively engages in creating educational experiences and enthusiastically participates in class and school life. Her accumulated knowledge and experience have inspired her to share them with colleagues. Collaboration, team challenges, and leadership are her driving forces. “A team leader is someone who knows how to listen and truly hear,” says Dalia. “My goal is to listen and brighten teachers’ daily work. At Erudito Lyceum, we have wonderful teachers from schools across Lithuania and around the world—it’s a joy to work with them!” She is passionate about listening to and applying teachers’ ideas, collaborating, and making decisions that enhance and improve the quality of education in Lithuania and the overall approach to teaching.
