Kristina Malikėnienė

Alumna of VPU, VU, and ISM University of Management and Economics; geography teacher-methodologist; active member of the Lithuanian Geography Teachers’ Association; member of organizational committees for national and city geography competitions; experienced external evaluator for general education schools.

She has fifteen years of experience working with high school students. Kristina gained educational management experience at a preschool institution, serving as deputy director for educational affairs. According to her, this experience allows not only personal growth in management but also a broader perspective on the education system—from early childhood education to general secondary education.
