Elvyra Vaščilo

Elvyra has a degree in Primary Education Pedagogy and a specialization in Preschool Education. She is an initiative-taking, creative, and open-minded educator with over five years of experience, the past three of which she has worked as a lead primary school teacher at a private school in Vilnius.

When working with children, Elvyra pays special attention to fostering positive communication, collaboration, and emotional safety. Her goal is for each lesson to become a meaningful discovery where children feel important, heard, and valued. She believes that inclusive, experience-based learning helps students acquire knowledge naturally and sustainably.

In Elvyra’s teaching process, STEAM activities, working with LEGO sets, and innovative teaching methods play an important role. She continuously develops her skills by participating in seminars and training sessions, such as ‘Developing Teachers’ STEAM Competencies Using LEGO Sets‘ and The Modern Child: How to Help Them?

olunteering is also an important part of Elvyra’s life. It is not only an opportunity to contribute to the community but also a way to grow alongside children, build genuine connections, and inspire young hearts. Elvyra is also an active scout – this experience helps her cultivate values such as responsibility, respect, community, and love for nature, which she naturally passes on to her students.
