Viktorija Syčiova
Viktorija has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Vilnius University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree, deepening her knowledge of human development and self-awareness. She has over fifteen years of experience in the education field, during which she has gained extensive experience teaching both psychology and English to students of various ages.
In her work, Viktorija places special emphasis on helping each student discover their strengths, understand themselves, and build confidence in their abilities. She believes that the development of life skills begins with the ability to recognize one’s potential and boldly realize it.
In addition to her teaching career, Viktorija is the founder and manager of a human resources and self-awareness company. This experience has given her a deep understanding of personal and professional growth, and her work with recruitment, consulting, and career searches enables her to better assist young people in preparing for their future.
Viktorija’s international volunteer experience in Malaysia, working with children with various learning difficulties, and organizing youth camps and career exploration projects have further enriched her ability to create an environment where students feel seen, heard, and supported.
Viktorija believes that every individual is unique, and the role of a teacher is to help discover and express this uniqueness. Therefore, her lessons will place special emphasis on self-awareness, emotional literacy, communication skills, and preparation for life beyond school.
