Eric Francis Saa

Eric comes from the United States. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Public Administration from The George Washington University. After nearly a decade of working with the U.S. government, he decided to embark on a new challenge. He and his wife moved to China to pursue a passion for education and exploring other cultures.
While in China, Eric taught English and Cambridge IGCSE Economics. He also studied online to receive his U.S. teaching certification. After spending the pandemic years in China, he embarked on yet another adventure: a two-year sabbatical trip around the world. This gave him a great opportunity to enjoy some of his favorite pursuits like cooking, history, and the outdoors. After all that, he is excited to be back in the classroom and working with students again.

He believes that students learn best when they connect their lives to the people, places, events, and ideas that we study. And his role as an educator is to create an environment where every student feels empowered to do, and be, their best.
