Andres Morales Interiano
Andrés has over ten years of international experience in education, working as a teacher, IB Diploma Programme coordinator, and school leader in various locations across Europe and Latin America. He holds academic qualifications in political science, international relations, economics, and education, including a master’s degree from University College London and Charles University in Prague, as well as a Master’s in Education from Moreland University.
His teaching repertoire includes IB Economics, IB Business Management, Theory of Knowledge (TOK), and other advanced courses. He has worked with students participating in various international programs, always striving to make learning practical, research-based, and globally relevant. As an educator and leader, Andrés fosters inclusive communities and a reflective, student-centered learning environment.
Raised in Costa Rica and having studied or worked in cities such as London, Prague, and Bratislava, Andrés values cultural diversity and multilingualism. Fluent in English and Spanish, and proficient in several other languages, he believes that education is most powerful when it brings cultures together and empowers individuals to think critically, lead ethically, and act compassionately.
In his free time, Andrés enjoys exploring new places with his family, listening to music, reading fiction and books on global events, and playing football.
