Asta Kondrakevičiūtė

With an academic background in Language teaching and extensive experience in Project Management, Erasmus +, teaching and volunteering spanning over two decades and having lived in several countries, I believe that true education goes far beyond the classroom. My journey has been defined by a commitment to change the world for better one step at a time while involving young people in youth projects and giving them different perspectives about the world through international experiences.

Having worked in international schools, NGOs, Businesses as well as Municipal Institution, I bring a global perspective that bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application. At the heart of my approach is a deep curiosity about the world and a sincere dedication to empowering those I work with.

I am passionate about encouraging young people to experience world as it is and working for better future of all. My goal is to create an environment where everyone feels safe to be who they truly are while using their potential to the fullest. I view every challenge as an opportunity to learn, and I am driven by the belief that by working together, we can shape a future that is as meaningful as it is innovative.
