Berta Mikalauskaitė

Berta is curious, explorative, reflective, and creates a colorful world around her. She holds a Master’s degree in Theatre Arts from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. Throughout her journey in theatre and creativity, she naturally became involved in pedagogy. Art, the exploration of the human world, ten years of experience working with children, and six years of teaching have shaped her strong professional perspective.

This experience has helped Berta discover different ways to connect with each student and support them in recognizing and developing their strengths. Through this, children are able not only to learn, but also to understand, apply, and truly internalize new knowledge. Berta believes that the learning journey is unique and meaningful for everyone – both the youngest learners and older students alike. As a teacher, her goal is to help each child believe in themselves.

She believes that through genuine leadership, sincere connection, open conversations, mutual agreements, and emotional acceptance, we can live in harmony – and often surprise one another with just how many “superpowers” we truly carry within ourselves.
