Daiva Jarmalavičienė

Having completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in French Philology at Vilnius University, she currently teaches French at Vilnius University and the French Institute. Her extensive experience has allowed her to explore various language teaching methods and strategies while working with students of different ages. She strives to ensure that beginners’ encounters with the French language inspire long-term engagement, making their first steps through the language’s “labyrinth” solid, stimulating curiosity, and encouraging a fearless exploration of new concepts.

She believes that a teacher’s role is to devote every effort to helping each learner find their own path through the labyrinth of French language and culture.
