Emilija Rusteikaitė

Emilija is a creative, flexible, and curious IT teacher. She graduated in Primary Education from Vilnius University and is now in her third year at Erudito Lyceum. Emilija began her teaching journey as a junior teacher, which is why understanding each student, their individual needs, and their learning journey is especially important to her.

In her lessons, Emilija aims to make IT not only interesting but also meaningful. She helps students understand how technology works and encourages them to experiment, create, ask questions, and find solutions. Emilija believes that IT is not just about knowing how to use technology – it is a way to develop logical and creative thinking, learn how to solve problems, and confidently bring ideas to life.

Outside of school, Emilija enjoys creative activities, reading, and spending time in nature. Creativity and curiosity are an important part of both her professional and everyday life.
