Erika Vaškialytė

Erika discovered her calling in education while substituting for an IT teacher at the school she herself had attended. Although she once dreamed of becoming a programmer, she has worked in the education sector for over fifteen years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and Pedagogy from Kaunas University of Technology and further developed her expertise through an Educational Leadership program at ISM University of Management and Economics. For the past four years, she has led a private non-formal education academy for children. In her work, she continuously seeks ways to enrich the curriculum with digital technologies, fostering students’ innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial skills.

She believes that every student is talented, and it is the teacher’s duty to help them discover their potential.
