I have three years of experience teaching in a Primary Years Programme (PYP) school in Melbourne. As a primary classroom teacher, I have taught all areas of the curriculum while developing a particular passion for Humanities and inquiry-based learning. I have collaborated with colleagues to design rich, engaging Units of Inquiry, particularly within the Humanities, that encourage students to think critically, make meaningful connections, and develop a deep understanding of the world around them.

I am committed to creating engaging learning experiences that foster curiosity, collaboration, and academic growth. I believe that strong student-teacher relationships are the foundation of a successful classroom. When students feel known, respected, and supported, they are more willing to take risks, engage in their learning, and contribute their ideas. Building these relationships allows me to create a safe, inclusive learning environment where every student feels a sense of belonging and is encouraged to grow both academically and personally.
