Gabrielė Songailė

Gabrielė holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences in Social Work from Vilnius University. During her studies, she completed internships at the Caritas Mother and Child Home and a children’s day care centre. These experiences inspired her to pursue social wellbeing initiatives for young people, leading her to begin her career in the Lithuanian Red Cross Youth Programme, where she gained two years of professional experience.

Working closely with schools and engaging with young people encouraged Gabrielė to continue her career in education, contributing to one of the most important functions within many private schools, organisations, and companies – communications.

Gabrielė believes that communication is the key to building a strong sense of community. It begins with genuine human connection, encourages collaboration, helps us see and understand one another, fosters an open school culture, and strengthens trust within the community.
