Marius Zakarevičius

Marius is a mathematics teacher and methodologist with fifteen years of teaching experience. He earned his professional teaching qualification in mathematics after completing a bachelor’s degree in mathematics at Vilnius University. In his work, he continually seeks to improve his qualifications and gain new experience, actively participating in projects aimed at enhancing the quality of education.
Marius has contributed to the authorship of the 12th-grade textbook Matematika tau, the 11th-grade workbook Matematika tau, and the 5th-grade publication Matematikos užduotys. He has also participated in projects developing interactive learning objects, digital teaching tools, and methodologies for their use.
He is particularly interested in the dynamic mathematics program GeoGebra, is actively involved with the Lithuanian GeoGebra Institute, and serves as a member of the organizing committee for the Baltic & Nordic GeoGebra Network.
