Raminta Kudrickaitė
Raminta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Administration and a Certificate in Document Management. She has accumulated more than five years (since 2018) of experience in actively administering and managing international and national projects (Erasmus Mobility Programs, Erasmus Strategic Partnerships, Nordplus, European University Alliance, and the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport of Lithuania). For two years, she headed the International Relations Department at Šiauliai State University of Applied Sciences. In project activities, she specializes in Erasmus program initiatives, student exchange, and the development and strengthening of international cooperation.
Raminta is actively involved in developing her professional competencies. She has enhanced her qualifications in the field of international project coordination through training at the University of Miskolc (Hungary), the University of Ostrava (Czech Republic), the University of Tours (France), Lusófona University (Portugal), Liepaja University (Latvia), and the University of Nicosia (Cyprus). In 2022, she delivered a presentation on student admission and integration at the Erasmus Association of Coordinators (EAEC) Congress and ERACON Exhibition held in Greece.
Raminta strives to identify and help students take advantage of opportunities to gain international experience. International exchange provides young people with the chance to acquire new and valuable skills, broaden their horizons, discover and better understand different cultures, expand their worldview, and gain a deeper understanding of their own place in the world.
