Smiltė Masionytė

I am a student at Vytautas Magnus University, studying primary education pedagogy and early foreign language learning alongside the International Baccalaureate program. I am most inspired by working with children, especially their curiosity, openness, and ability to notice small details that adults often overlook. I believe that true education begins with building a connection with the child, which is why I strive to create an environment where learning becomes an adventure and mistakes are not something to fear, but opportunities to take another step forward. I am motivated by the chance to help children discover their strengths, foster creativity, and build self-confidence.
