Vaida Gurkšnytė-Raupėnienė

Master’s degree holder in Psychology from Vilnius University, with over a decade of experience in human resources for international organizations. In recent years, she has specialized in educational psychology, working with preschool and school-aged children. Her goal is to create an emotionally healthy environment where children grow brave and curious, teachers feel empowered and confident, and the entire community experiences the joy of interaction, fostering an inspiring and meaningful educational process.

She values emotional safety, respect, and genuine human connection. She believes that in such an environment, everyone grows—students, teachers, and the entire school community—each at their own pace and direction, discovering the courage and strength to move forward.
