Viktorija Čiapaitė

I am a STEAM education student. It is important to me that learning is engaging, meaningful, and connected to real life. I am interested in how modern technologies and creativity can be applied in teaching to develop students’ critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate.

While studying, I worked as a private tutor, which gave me experience in working individually with students and understanding their different needs and learning styles. I also actively volunteer at various events, where I learn to organize activities, work in a team, and communicate with different people.

I believe that every child has a spark of creativity that can be ignited when learning becomes a journey of discovery.
